How the Custom Process Works
Place your order to reserve your spot in my design schedule.
You’ll receive a Custom Banner Form to fill out with your event details, colors, wording, and inspiration photos.
Once your form is submitted, I’ll begin designing your banner by hand.
Your banner is carefully created and shipped ready to celebrate.
Lead Time
Custom banners require 5–7 business days for design and creation once your completed form is received. Orders are scheduled and completed based on event date to make sure everyone receives their banner in time for their celebration. Early ordering is highly recommended, especially during busy seasons.
Custom Banner Guidelines (Please Read Before Ordering)
Each banner is handmade and requires dedicated design + production time.
Production begins after your Custom Banner Form is submitted.
Orders are prioritized by event date rather than order date.
Small design adjustments are welcome; major changes after painting begins may require an additional fee.
Rush orders may be available depending on current workload for an additional fee.
